Chowdhury is recognised for his exceptional management and experience in dealing with both commercial and residential conveyancing matters, as well as landlord and tenant disputes. He provides advice and comprehensive service for sale and purchase of residential property, as well as for grant, transfer, and extension of commercial property. He has acted for numerous landlords and leaseholders over the years, and is known for his exceptional client relationship and communication skills.
Chowdhury also has significant experience in immigration and asylum cases, as well as civil litigation and family law. He is commended for his drafting and broad knowledge of existing laws and developments, and has represented clients at the County Courts and Tribunals.
